If the race is canceled due to inclement weather there will be neither refunds nor transfers. This position is consistent with USA Track & Field recommendations and with the protocol of sharing the risks associated with the sport of running. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event director reserves the right to alter, cancel or eliminate any/all portions of the race.

What happens at the finish line?
We prefer to call it a milestone. We don’t want you to finish there. Friends and merriment will await your arrival. Come for the run, stay for everything else.

You can make a day out of our little neck of the woods. Stay at Brawley’s for as long as you like. You can stroll up to Madison Central Park and play on the playground or play a friendly game of frisbee golf. You could go house hunting in the neighborhood if you don’t already live here; just saying. You could stroll on over to Starbucks or McAlister’s Deli. You could even swing on by Park Road Shopping Center for whatever your little racing heart desires. Southpark, Park Road Park, Southend, uptown, Ballantyne strike your fancy? A quick trip down the road will have you right there. The sky is the limit in this area!
